The Apple IIc Plus, introduced on September 16, 1988, was the sixth and final model of the Apple II series. It was essentially a faster Apple IIc: a 4 MHz 65C02 processor (the fastest of any 8-bit Apple II, even beating the IIGS), a built-in 3.5-inch 800 KB floppy drive replacing the 5.25-inch drive, and an internalized power supply.
